Mandy L. Stewart âTeeâ was born June 9, 1924, to Esaw White and Frances Aaron in Colfax, Louisiana. She accepted the Lord at an early age and was baptized by the late Reverend Willie Green who was the Pastor of Prospect Baptist Church.

Mandy was educated at Rave Camp School and Grant Parish Training School. She completed the 8th Grade. Mandy was very intelligent and smart.

Mandy met Ben Gray, and they were married in the late 50âs. Mandy worked as a maid; she worked hard to raise two wonderful children. She also helped to care for her mother, who was ill. After the passing of her mother, she left Colfax and came to visit family in Los Angeles, that\'s when she met Mr. Lilleton Stewart, and the rest was history. They started a relationship, and eventually married, they bought a home in Lynwood, California.

Mandy enjoyed cooking, singing, and dancing. She loved to entertain her family and friends. Everyone loved to visit Teeâs house because they knew a meal was being cooked and she would lay out a spread for everyone to enjoy. We also knew great fun was to be had. Mandy loved her family, and she taught all her nieces, nephews, and grands how to play Pitty-Pat.

Mandy was preceded in death by her husband, Littleton Stewart Jr., one sister, Louisa Wilkins White, seven brothers: Willie Clyde, Clarence, Earl, Harris, Charlie, and Webster; two grandsons, Cardeos White and Dietrick P. Armstead.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Clarence Armstead, and one daughter, Anita Jackson Moore (Louis) all of Lynwood, California; one sister, Eddie Mae Jones of Paramount, California; four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, five great-greatgrandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
